Blood type 0 diet


Definition and origin:


   Blood group 0 is the oldest and most basic, a left at the top of the food chain, with a strong and aggressive immune system, ready and able to destroy anyone, friend or foe. Factors that favor the competent development of people with blood group 0 are intense physical exercise and animal protein. However, success in the use of diet type 0 depends on whether you are eating lean, chemical-free meat, poultry and fish. Friendly food source for the human body with blood group 0 are not dairy products and cereals.




Description of diet:


   With diet type 0 in the initial stages you can lose weight by restricting your diet in cereals, bread and legumes. Factor contributing to weight gain in people with blood group 0 is the gluten found in wheat germ. As well as some beans and legumes, especially lentils and kidney beans, contain lectins, which are deposited in muscle tissue, making them more alkaline and less able to exercise. The third factor of importance in the weight gain of group 0 is related to the functioning of the thyroid. Group 0 have a tendency to lower levels of thyroid hormone. This condition, called hypothyroidism, occurs because this group tends to produce too little iodine - a material whose only task is to produce thyroid hormone. The symptoms of hypothyroidism is weight gain, fluid retention, fatigue and even muscle atrophy.



Products that you should eat and those you should avoid:

Meat and poultry
Recommended: Lamb, veal, lamb, buffalo meat, deer meat, heart, liver, beef, ground beef.
Avoid: Bacon, goose, ham, pork.

Seafood
Recommended: Blueback, white perch, cod, halibut, sturgeon, salmon, mackerel, hake, striped bass, rainbow trout, the sword fish, sardines, whitefish, snapper, sole, pike, herring, bluefin tuna, yellow perch.
Avoid: Barracudas, caviar, smoked salmon, octopus, catfish, marinated herring.

Eggs and dairy
Recommended: Absence, because you should really limit the intake of dairy products. While the neutral products are: goat cheese, butter, farmer-feta-mozzarella-soy cheese, soy milk.
Avoid: Lean or 2% milk, all varieties of yoghurt, kefir, goat milk, ice cream, buttermilk, whole milk, whey, all other varieties of cheese.

Oils and fats
Recommended: Olive oil, flaxseed oil.
Avoid: Cottonseed oil, corn oil.

Nuts and seeds
Recommended: Pumpkin seeds, walnut.
Avoid: Poppy seeds, peanut butter, brazil nut, litchi nuts, cashew nuts, pistachio nuts, groundnuts.

Beans and other legumes
Recommended: Saduke, azuki, pinto beans, "black eye" peas.
Avoid: copper, navy, kidney, tamarind beans, american, red, green lentils.

Cereals
Recommended: Absence, because you should completely eliminate them from your diet.
Avoid: Wheat germ, oat flour, corn flour, oat bran or wheat flakes, corn, seven-grain, grape nut, wheat starch.

Bread and toast
Recommended: Essene bread, Ezekiel bread.
Avoid: Englischer toast, rolls of oat bran, wheat germ bread, multigrain bread, toast, toast corn, bagel, bread from wheat flour, wheat bran bread, wheat bread, pumpernickel, high proteine bread.

Grains and pasta
Recommended: There are no grains and pasta, which might be required for the group 0
Avoid: White flour, semolina pasta, soba, spinach, couscous flour, gluten, Graham, wheat germ, oats, bulgur wheat, durum wheat, all wheat flour.

Vegetables
Recommended: Chard, broccoli, swiss beets, red onion, spanish onion, yellow onion, horseradish, endive, red bell peppers, garlic, pumpkin, eskarola, kale, kohlrabi, cabbage headless, american artichoke, jerusalem artichoke, dandelion, okra, parsnips , parsley, leek, turnip greens, romaine lettuce, sweet potatoes, spinach, seaweed.
Avoid: Avocados, eggplant, cabbage, white corn, white potatoes, brussels sprouts, Chinese cabbage, red cabbage, red potatoes, black olives, mustard, shiitake mushrooms, cauliflower, alfalfa, Greek olives, Spanish olives, mushrooms, yellow corn.

Fruits
Recommended: Dried figs, fresh figs, dark, red, dried, green plum.
Avoid: Plantains, blackberries, mandarin, melon, cantaloupe, honey melon, coconuts, oranges, rhubarb, strawberries.

Juices and beverages
Recommended: pineapple juice, dark cherry juice, dried plum juice.
Avoid: Juices from apples, cabbage juice, soft drinks and orange juice.

Spices
Recommended: Locust beans, curry, turmeric, kelp, cayenne pepper, parsley, rodymenia.
Avoid: Cinnamon, nutmeg, capers, balsamic vinegar, white vinegar, cider vinegar, red wine vinegar, white pepper, ground black pepper, corn starch, corn syrup, vanilla.

Herbal Teas
Recommended: Hops, ginger, fenugreek, lime, peppermint, dandelion, mulberry, rosehip, paprika, parsley, sarsaparilla, slippery elm.
Avoid: Aloe vera, red clover, St. John's wort, echinacea, canadian goldenseal, gentian, strawberry leaf, alfalfa, burdock, coltsfoot, rhubarb, senna, sorrel, signs of corn.

Stimulants
Recommended: Seltzer water, soda water
Avoid: Cola type beverages, decaffeinated black tea, regular black tea, decaffeinated coffee, regular coffee, liqueurs, distilled, carbonated beverages.

Other spices
Recommended: In moderation, low in fat and sugar, mustard, mayonnaise or other condiments to salads.
Avoid: Ketchup, pickled fennel, kosher pickles, sour pickles, sweet pickles.
Products recommended in the diet for blood group 0 (favoring a reduction in weight):

• Savoy cabbage, spinach, broccoli - promote efficient metabolism.



Products not recommended in weight loss diet:

• Wheat Gluten - interferes with the production of insulin, slows metabolism,
• Maize - disrupts the production of insulin, slows metabolism,
• Kidney beans (kidney) - reduced utilization of calories,
• Navy beans - reduced utilization of calories,
• Lentils - inhibit proper nutrient metabolism,
• Cabbage - inhibits thyroid hormone,
