Blue diet


Blue diet guidelines:

   Colour blue - calming, anesthetized, eliminates the pain. This is the color suitable for people with vascular problems, effective against varicose veins. Helps stop excessive water in the body and problems with the kidneys.





Products recommended in blue diet:

- Unshelled corn,
- Vegetables,
- White meat, eg, poultry
- Black olives,
- Blueberries,
- Blackberries,
- Dark grapes.



Products not recommended in blue diet:

- Mono carbohydrates such as pasta, white bread,
- Red meat such as beef



Example of blue diet:

Every morning

Breakfast:

- A cup of ersatz coffee with skim milk (0.5 % fat)
- 1-2 tablespoons of oatmeal
- 2-3 fresh or dried plum

Lunch:
- 15 g of dark grapes or half a cup of blueberries
- Small package of crackers or biscuits 3
- 1 cup of herbal tea without sugar


Day 1

Dinner:
- A plate of vegetable soup
- A mix of steamed vegetables or strangled in the teflon pan without fat
- Glass of plum cocktail with kefir

Supper:
- A glass of juice from black grapes and red currant
- Salad with walnuts


Day 2

Dinner:
- A plate of vegetable soup with groats
- Mushrooms sautéed with garlic and parsley (20 grams sliced mushrooms simmer for 10 minutes with a teaspoon of olive oil, sprinkle with chopped parsley and a clove of garlic)
- Fruits of the forest

Supper:
- 1 cup of grape juice
- Bean salad with chives


Day 3

Dinner:
- Soup of oatmeal (60 g of flakes, leek, carrot, celery, grated Parmesan, untreated salt)
- Corn porridge with blueberries or blackberries

Supper:
- Cup of mixed citrus fruit (1 orange, half a grapefruit, 1 tangerine, lemon juice)
- Vegetable salad with toast


Groat with blackberries:
Ingredients (4 servings): cup of corn grits, cup of milk, salt, 30 grams of blackberries, 4 tablespoons of sugar, whipped cream. Boil milk with a glass of water, salt lightly. Pour grits, and cook until it absorbs all the water, leave in a warm place. Rinse blackberries, with sugar, pour a little water, boil for 5 minutes. Put a portions of cereal spoon on the plate, pour blackberry sauce, garnish with whipped cream.

Salad with nuts:
Ingredients (4 servings): 1 apple, 3 stalks of celery, 1 orange, the bunch of bright and dark grapes, a handful of walnuts, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1/2 cup of yoghurt. Half of the apples cut into slices, grate the rest of it, cut into chunks the celery and orange, grapes in half, remove seeds, mix ingredients, pour the yoghurt and honey.

   For the rest of the week compose menu based on the first three days, or just repeat them. Remember that color diet can be fun.
