Green diet


Green diet guidelines:

   Green - cleanses the body, acts as a powerful disinfectant, is beneficial to digestion, controls and regulates blood pressure.



Products recommended in green diet:

- The dark poultry meat, such as turkey,
- Pistachios
- Beans,
- Vegetables with dark green leaves, as botwin and spinach,
- Zucchini,
- Cucumbers,
- Mint.





Products not recommended in green diet:

- Animal fats such as meat and sausages, and - pay attention! - Vegetable, such as oil,
- Full-fat dairy products.



Example of green diet:

Every morning

Breakfast:
- 1 cup of green tea without sugar or peppermint or skimmed milk (0.5 % fat) with a spoon of cocoa
- A container of natural yoghurt, skimmed (0 % fat) with a teaspoon of puffed rice
- 1-2 kiwi fruit

Lunch:
- Green apple or cucumber
- Mint tea with no sugar


Day 1

Dinner:
- A plate of cream of broccoli soup with cream
- A plate of vegetables on the grill, seasoned with olive oil and herbs such as rosemary

Supper:
- Lettuce salad with a piece of turkey meat (5 grams) and olives
- A glass of cocktail with lettuce, watercress and celery


Day 2

Dinner:
- Spinach and cheese
- Chicken leg in aromatic herbs

Supper:
- A glass of juice, celery, lettuce, carrots, a pinch of basil and parsley, with pepper and salt
- 2 slices wholemeal bread with tomato
- Salad of notched lettuce, medium cucumber, zucchini, bunch of arugula and basil, salt


Day 3

Dinner:
- 10 g of boiled fish with sauce
- Celery salad with a teaspoon of olive oil and lemon juice

Supper:
- 1 rose of crushed cooked broccoli with garlic salt and chopped parsley
- 5 grams of cooked beans


Cream of Broccoli:
Ingredients (4 servings): 2 broccoli florets, 1 potato, a piece of celery, half a lemon, salt, pepper, 100 ml cream, a sprig of rosemary. Potato and celery cut into pieces, pour 1 liter of water and boil. Wash broccoli, cut, add to broth, cook until vegetables are soft, cool, mix, season with lemon juice and freshly ground pepper and salt, add cream, sprinkle with rosemary leaves.


Spinach with cheese:
Ingredients (4 servings): 1/2 kilograms of fresh spinach, 10 grams of lean white cheese, 1 tablespoon almond flakes and capers, salt, yoghurt sauce, a clove of garlic, basil. Wash spinach, cook in salted boiling water, then drain. Serve with sauce mixed with shredded cheese, seasoned with garlic and capers, sprinkle with almond flakes, garnish with basil.


   For the rest of the week compose menu based on the first three days, or just repeat them. Cream of broccoli tucked away in the fridge you have enough for a few days. Remember that color diet may also be fun.
