Violet diet

Violet diet guidelines:

   Purple colour - cleanses the body, strengthens in the disease states, especially with any kind of inflammation. Beneficial effects on bone, it helps curb cravings. In addition, helping them to sleep.

Products recommended in violet diet:

- Artichokes,
- Black olives,

Products not recommended in violet diet:

Example of violet diet:

Every morning

- 1 cup of still mineral water with 2 tablespoons of elderberry juice
- 1 cup of cleansing tea (peppermint, burdock, hibiscus, chamomile, orange peel)
- Half a cup of wheat germ

- 1 cup of warm, boiled water with the elderberry juice.

Day 1

- 1/2 cup water with the juice of elder, with a hint of wild rose extract
- Dumplings with blueberries

- 1 cup of laxative tea mallow, common buckthorn and liquorice
- Artichokes in olive oil sprinkled with lemon, slice of dark bread

Day 2

- Stuffed eggplant

Day 3
