Yellow diet


Yellow diet guidelines:

   Yellow color - works anti-stress, gladdens - has stimulating properties. It cleanses the blood and helps digestion. It improves the lymphatic glands, fights cellulite.



Products recommended in yellow diet:

- Lemons,
- Oranges,
- Bananas
- Yellow pepper,
- Eggs,
- Grapefruit,
- Onions,
- Olive oil extra virgin,
- A little butter.





Products not recommended in yellow diet:

- strong coffee and tea,
- spirits



Example of yellow diet:

Every morning

Breakfast:
- A container of natural skimmed yoghurt (0% fat) with 2 tablespoons of bran
- A glass of freshly squeezed grapefruit and lemon juice diluted with water

Lunch:
- Seasonal fruit, such as bright cherry, greengage, a small pear
- Juice of the yellow fruit (pineapple)
- Small banana or apple


Day 1

Dinnner:
- Cream of vegetable soup
- A plate of vegetables
- Cup of cleansing tea with burdock and mint

Supper:
- A glass of apple juice and pineapple
- Fruit salad (apple, banana, pineapple, grapefruit and a few raisins)
- Cup of yogurt with kiwi or pear


Day 2

Dinner:
- A plate of vegetable cream
- A piece of lean chicken with BBQ
- Yellow pepper pod

Supper:
- Cup fruit salad with pineapple and banana
- Salad with pepper, olive oil and lemon juice
- Cup of tea cleansing (like the first day of the dinner)


Day 3

Dinner:
- Half a grapefruit
- Rice with vegetables

Supper:
- Bowl of corn soup
- Salad (5 tablespoons of cooked buckwheat groats, a bunch of rocket or lamb and half an apple cut into slices)
- Cup of tea cleansing (as in the previous days)


Corn soup:
Ingredients (4 servings): 3 ears of corn, a carrot, a piece of celery, 3 potatoes, 1 young zucchini, 1 red pepper, salt, stock cube, pepper, 100 ml of cream. Boil corn grain and mix it. Carrots and celery pour with 1.5 liters of water, boil, add potatoes and corn, sliced zucchini, green pepper and stock cube, cook for a moment, season, cream.


Peppers' salad :
Ingredients (4 servings): 2 yellow bell pepper, half a cucumber, 1 cup frozen peas, 1 red onion, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, sugar, garlic, half a lemon. Dice peppers and onions, and cucumber into slices, mix with blanched peas. Chop the garlic, rub with salt, sugar and lemon juice, mix with olive oil, pour over salad.


   For the rest of the week compose menu based on the first three days, or just repeat them. Soup hidden in the fridge you have enough for a few days. Yellow fruit you can fry without any restrictions - especially grapefruit. Remember that color diet can also be fun.
