- 1 piece avocado
- 1 piece tomato
- 2 pieces shallot
- 1 piece chili pepper
- 2 sprigs coriander
- 1 piece juice
How to prepare:
- Finely chop into cubes the shallot. Cut tomatoes into quarters, and
the strained juice and separate the seeds (to paste), finely chop.
After rinsing chili peppers, cut them into thin slices, separating
- Cut the avocado flesh into small pieces, and put
into a bowl. Crush with a fork pouring lemon juice, so it won’t darken.
Add the chopped tomatoes, shallots, pepper.
- Mix all together, seasoning with lemon juice and salt. Thinner version of guacamole (with not drained tomatoes) can be used as a sauce. A thick paste is perfect for decorating small nachos served a snack.
