Tasty and easy vegetarian recipe. Worth trying

Ingredients
- 2 pieces bananas
- 2 pieces oranges
- 10 g grains of rye
crushed - 10 g grains of wheat
crushed - 2 pieces apples
tangy juicy - 2 pieces lemon juice
freshly squeezed - 30 g natural yoghurt
lean - 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 4 tablespoons oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 5 g almonds
peeled and cut into bars

How to prepare:
- Put into a bowl rye and wheat, rinse, drain and pour cold water so that the grains are covered. Leave overnight to swell.
- Wash
the apples the next day, cut them into quarters, remove cores.
Quartiles of fruit wipe on a coarse grater, mix with the juice of 1
lemon.
- Peel bananas, cut into slices and drizzle with the rest of the juice. Peel oranges and cut fillets.
- Mix yoghurt with honey, rinse raisins. Mix rye and wheat with fruit, yoghurt, raisins, oats, sunflower seeds and almonds. Serve in bowls.
